The service team did an amazing job on my ford explorer. Marcos and the staff were wonderful. Always kept me updated on the progress and if there were any changes. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Marcos and his team at carstar in Elgin went above and beyond in helping fix our car. The original repair shop did not properly fix the vehicle. However, this Elgin location surpassed our expectations. We are very pleased with the entire staff. They worked well with the insurance and rental company to make the process smooth. The work done on the car was excellent. Amazing costumer service. Highly recommend.

Xavier did a wonderful job. He and his team did fast work on getting me back on the road after an accident I honestly would recommend them. He kept me up to date on the everything that was happening to my vehicle. I really appreciate them working with me and my schedule and constant phone calls and questions. Would definitely use them again.

I had a non insurance related problem-my door sensors weren’t working properly on the driver and passenger sides. Adam & Xavier quoted me a week timeline, communicated well with me, helped me get a rental car, and gave me an accurate price. They assured me my sensors are reinforced better than when a car leaves the factory! I am thrilled with their customer service and will continue bringing my cars here, whenever needed.

This location was awesome. My spouse brought his car in for body repairs. We first dealt with Xavier...he was great, very friendly & knowledgeable, the car was ready in 4 days, way sooner than we expected. When we went to pick-up his vehicle we met with Adam...he too was very friendly and could not have been nicer. We highly recommend CARSTAR for any body repairs on your vehicle. In addition, the repair was flawless/excellent work! The car looks good as new. 👍👍
